Gwyneth Kate Paltrow was born to Blythe (Danner) and Bruce Paltrow in LA on 27th September 1972. She is the goddaughter of director Steven Spielberg and has a younger brother Jake, now a director (Gwyneth starred in his film 'The Good Night') born the day before her birthday in '75.

She made her acting debut on stage in '90. Since then she has starred in numerous films and won an Oscar for her performance in 'Shakespeare in Love'. She has also showcased her singing talents in 'Duets', 'Country Strong' and 'Glee' and has also featured as a guest vocalist in a few songs.

She has released two cookbooks - 'My Father's Daughter'/'Notes From My Kitchen Table' and 'It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great' .

She is married to Chris Martin of Colplay and they have 2 children Apple and Moses. Enjoy this blog!
